Complete course of steroid in first episode to prevent relapse

  • Urine protein- +3 to +4
  • Serum cholesterol – high
  • Hypoproteinemia
  • Steroids (first-line management)
  • Second-line- cyclophosphamide
  • Cyclosporine
  • Levamisole
  • Rituximab etc.
