Before you go to the hospital

  • Items needed for check-in – When checking in to the hospital as a patient please bring the following:
    • Photo ID
    • Insurance Card
  • List of current medications – Please bring a current list of your medications including drug name, dose, and directions for use. Include prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, herbal supplements, and vitamins.
  • Comforts from home – You can bring your own pillow, a book or magazine to read, or something to write in, if you wish. If you want to bring an electrical appliance such as a hair dryer or a lap-top computer, it is important to ask your medical team if this is okay. Please bring clean undergarments and clean clothing for when you are ready to leave the facility.
  • Make personal arrangements – Prior to your hospital stay make arrangements for pet and child care, pay any household bills that will come due during your hospital stay, and make arrangements for help at home once you have left the hospital.
  • Please take a written list of any questions you may have for the hospital or your physician with you to the hospital.

Visiting hours are from 12 pm to 1 pm and 5 pm to 6 pm.

Yes

For visiting ICU, one should sanitize the hand and wear disposable shoe cover. 1 person at a time and only with pass is allowed for a maximum of 10 minutes. Comply with safety and security procedures. Wear and display their visitor identification card at all times while in patient/restricted areas.

Patient has to collect admission note from the doctor and submit into admission counter. They will follow up with the patient and if the patient has insurance first patient has to go the insurance desk, check his room category. They will generate a Unique Identification Number (UID) for the patient and all the medical records will be maintained and stored by the hospital for all future reference.

Discharge summary is handed over to patient/relative at the time of discharge.

All medications ordered by your physician are provided by the hospital and distributed by your nurse.

We have General wards and Private rooms in sharing and single accommodation.
